Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:

    • All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
    • Certified BLK will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers must pay for return shipping if Certified BLK is not at fault. 
    • Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. 
    • Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer’s account.
